With this week's announcement by Paramount that they are going to be dropping Blu-ray support and producing HD DVD high definition discs exclusively, there was a question about what would happen with the current Paramount Blu-ray titles.

Word has come from Paramount Pictures that existing stocks of Blu-ray movies will not be recalled, but once retailers are out of inventory, there are no more orders being accepted for the Blu-ray format.

What this means is that if you are interested in picking up one of the existing Blu-ray releases, you better pick them up while they last!
