The Oakland Museum of California is currently hosting PIXAR: 25 Years of Animation, an exhibition of over 500 works by the artists at Pixar Animation Studios, which has created such memorable movies as the Toy Story series, Cars, Ratatouille, Finding Nemo, and others.
The exhibition includes drawings, paintings, and sculptures that illustrate the creative process and craftsmanship behind Pixar's computer-animated movies.
The exhibition opened July 31, 2010 and runs through January 9, 2011. It is a travelling exhibition that started at the Museum of Modern Art in New York in 2005.
