In June, Integra announced that its high-end and mid-range products would support Dolby Atmos, and that it would deliver a firmware update in September to enable Dolby Atmos in its DTR-30.6, DTR-40.6 and DTR-50.6 network receivers. They delivered on that promise yesterday with the availability of a firmware update that is free for customers to download directly from their network-connected receivers or to a USB drive for a manual update.
To download the firmware for your Integra product, see the Firmware Downloads section of Integra's web site.
The press release from Integra notes that their high-end $2300 DTR-60.6 and $2800 DTR-70.6 network A/V receivers, as well as the flagship $3200 DHC-80.6 Network A/V Controller, will ship in mid-October with support for Dolby Atmos built in.
Integra is a sister brand to Onkyo, and is largely geared towards the needs of custom installers by offering more advanced features, longer warranties, and higher price tags. Onkyo upgraded some of their products yesterday as well.
