A very odd movie that really walks the line between interesting and unwatchable.

The movie is based on a play, and you can see the roots of that in the performances. There is a long monologue of paranoia by Ashley Judd that probably went over very well on stage, but is a little out of place on the screen.

Like a rollercoaster that takes a while to reach its peak before it plunges to its depths, the grasp on reality displayed by the main characters in this movie take an equivalent ride to its end.
