John Cusack in one of the best films of 1989 as Lloyd Dobier, who falls for love intrest Diane Court (Ione Skye) in this well-written, well-acted film directed and written by Cameron Crowne. Crowne, like John Hughes is a genius when it comes to movies about teenagers.
The film is both smart and heartbraking. "Say Anything" is must-see cinema.
