I recently wrote to the owner concerning the seating, which is seriously starting to fall apart. On three different occasions I have left in pain, because the seats are falling down and need repair! I told him that I am getting to the point of traveling 45 minutes to Gainesville in order to avoid the seating and lack of quality at Habersham Hills.
Here was his extremely rude response to a paying customer:
"And you think that by insulting us and accusing us of "not caring about our customers" will produce the result you want? Please go to Hollywood 15.... We don't want your business! We have 1000s of wonderful customers that love our facility openly. We are doing the very best we can in a very serious recession. If that's not good enough for you----sorry!

Crazy! I never insulted him, just asked if he would please hire some repairmen to fix the seats! Geesh. I had heard people say the owners were very rude and uncaring of their customers, but now I have my own experience to back that up! I will not attend this cinema again. Believe me, the low prices and convenient location aren't worth it.
Would you recommend this theater to others? No!
