The Spring is a AWESOME FAMILY theatre, prices are great, staff is home folk that you know. you are treated like family when you go to the show.
Our theatre lay dormat and decaying since the mid 1980's and sometime in the early 2000's adam and kellie harris saw our old theatre and breathed new life into it and restored it to its former glory. Only family style shows are shown at the Spring. Just like I remember as a kid going to the show with my parents. Now as a parent I can take my kids to the same theatre and share with them The Spring Theatre.
The Spring held the premere of the movie "Seven Days from home" which was filmed in Springhill La. On the anniversary of the movie, a repeat performance was shown of the movie several years ago in the Spring. The Marquee has changed and the decor has changed from orange to blue; but the atmosphere of the Spring is the same as i remember all these years.
And if i can add the Spring has the largest single screen in the state of Louisiana.
Would you recommend this theater to others? Yes!
