LaMarre and George Drummond. Sold to United Artists Theatres in the 1960s and then to the Republic Theater Company. Sold in 2008 to the Dillman Family. As of Nov 2023, it is operated by San Leandro Curtain Call Performing Arts. Stopped showing movies in Mar 2021 and is primarily a live performance venue.
