I am going to see The last harry potter movie this Friday and cant wait to see it. The place is always clean well staffed. The facility's are always clean and spotless.

The only problem i have come across is the phone system attempting to contact the theater is like trying to pull teeth if you have a question that there automated system cant answer then your out of luck so in that i would give them an unacceptable aside from this all i have are good things to say about this place so happy movie going and enjoy!

I agree, it is Much Too Loud. almost deafening. do the managers ever read this?

I am going to see Morning Glory today but am a regular patron of Rave Movie Theaters located in Manchester, Ct. formerly known as Showcase Cinemas. I find the theater confortable and the management concerned about my com-fort. My friends and I find the theater clean, as well as the rest rooms. The variety of movies selected to be shown usually give us a good choice from which to choose. On occasion I do see nothing that appeals to me but I recognize that may be something over which you have no control.

If it were possible. we would like to see the theater number listed on the schedule so that when we park in the very large parking lot we can park closer to the appropriate exit door and not have to walk so far outdoors in the bad weather.

Our only complaint in the ratings below is the sound is always TOO LOUD! Thanks for listening. Mrs. "D"
