Sold to Tom Borders in 1987, who turned the main floor into retail space and closed the balcony. In 1992 the balcony was converted into a two-screen second-run theater. Purchased by MTF in 2014 and closed in 2016 for renovations. Opened in Dec 2017, it opened as a four-screen theater.
