This is "The 3 Dollar Theater" ! This is a discount movie theater which plays movies that the mainstream theater's have already stopped featuring.

So don't expect the screen/projector quality to be amazing. Because its not. Don't expect the seats to be great, they aren't! But these things, along with the theater's history are what make it so charming.

I used to go to this movie theater all the time as a kid, back in the 90's. It used to be Edwards, but I don't think it is part of that group anymore. I'm so glad it stands alongside Regal Cinemas (Cant be easy to do) If you are looking for something to do, for cheap, head to this theater. Or if you missed out on a movie that the main theaters stopped playing already, this place is perfect!

Please keep this place in business everyone. The crew is down to skeleton status. Most of the time there isnt even someone in the Ticket Box! The concession stand sells tickets often. Try this place out once and I bet you'll make it a weekly thing. You can't beat a $3 dollar theater.

We used to go to this theater a lot even though they have dirty, smelly and sticky seats and of course food & beverage is overpriced as it is in any theater.

One night we were treated rudely by the box office clerks and ticket person. They were acting as though they were the “movie theater mafia”. I couldn’t believe it! The girl at on the box office just happened to see that I had slipped my reusable empty cup in my bag on the way up to the theater (really?) and I guess she decided to play “cup police” and notified the ticket clerk that I had “Food & Beverage” so he threatened to not let me and my daughter in unless I threw “it” in the garbage and he pointed to the trash.

I don’t need to be treated with such disrespect. My cup was empty and I was not going to throw it away. I was so mad at that point for being wrongly accused that I decided to get my money back. This place needs to prioritize their policy issues, if they want to keep business. They have taken this policy too far. They acted like punks and that didn’t seem to mind losing money for a few tickets vs. the stupid situation. This place has proven to show bad business etiquette and customer service.

If the owner ever reads this, and I hope they do. Nobody likes to pay five dollars for a six ounce size soda, you movie theaters need to get smart and start lowering these sky high greedy SRP prices on your “Food and Beverage” menu. Maybe people will actually buy it and won’t sneak their own stuff in, and then your clerks don’t have to act like jerks to paying customers. It’s not worth it!

It is such a shame you don't provide enough independent films that are wholesome and or highly rated by the viewers. Make a point finding quality movies that get passed on by the mainstream theaters and you will find a great niche for movie goers that are looking for movies not found in regular theaters. Shame on the owner (management) that pick lousy crappy movies such as "our idiot brother" "fringe benefits" and soon in your theater "in time" and others that are way off base with hardcore moviegoers such as me and my wife. Try it and you may be happily surprised. I have a hard time recommending your theater to family and friends when you choose to show too often movies that belong in the garbage can.

I like your ticket prices and we go once a week to theaters that offer movies that we feel confortable going to AT A MUCH HIGHER PRICE, even when they have been showing the same good movie for many many weeks!!!

Great value.... Matinees are just $3 and evenings are $3.50. On Tuesdays you can buy hot dogs for just $1 and save about $2.50 each!

Great place to see cheap movies on the big screen before they go to DVD. Perfect for families on a budget...or cheap dates! :-)

This is NO longer an Edwards/Regal theater. It is now an independent, low coast theater showing movies that have been out for awhile.

Good value and a chance to see movies you
missed during first run, usually several months ago. Better value on refreshments, too.
